Some information about the apartment:
Casa Kosa is located at the very top of the house, so quite a lot of stairs. However, well worth it when you get up and can enjoy the view. There are 3 bedrooms with queen-size (135-140 cm) beds. Two bathrooms, spacious living room with open plan kitchen. A terrace with barbecue, dining table and sunbeds. Air conditioning and fans are available. Fast wifi included.
In our fine urbanization, which has a genuine Spanish feel, there is also one of Nerja's best pool areas. There is a children's pool, restaurants and bars as well as a small local supermarket. The area is guarded by two lifeguards and open from Easter to the end of October. The opening hours are on the gate by the pool. The area has guards who look after and patrol around the clock, which contributes to a safe and secure feeling.
San Juan de Capistrano is about 25 minutes' walk from Nerja's largest beach, Burriana. There is a bus connection in the area. The bus goes to Nerja Center and also stops above Burriana beach. The bus stop is centrally located opposite the pool area. Free parking is available below the house. Nerja is well connected to the rest of the Costa del Sol via the nearby E15/A7 motorways. If you choose the older coastal route, you can also enjoy the beautiful Andalusian nature.
The easiest way to get to Nerja is to fly to Malaga (AGP). From the airport you can take, for example, a taxi (www.radiotaxinerja.com) It can be an advantage to book in advance for a fixed price. When it comes to rental cars, there are many options to choose from, so we recommend that you check the prices and conditions. There is also a bus connection. Malaga airport is located 65 km from Nerja.
Directions:
Drive towards the MA-20 motorway in the direction of Motril (year east) then drive in the direction of Almeria/Motril. (GPS recommended)
When you have arrived in Nerja and come to the first roundabout towards San Juan de Capistrano, you follow the road for about 1 km to the top of the hill. Follow the road 90 degrees to the right and then after 50 meters take the first left and continue up the hill.
After about 200 metres, turn right and then left onto Calle Capuchinos,
then the first right and up the hill. Once up, you take the first to the left following a steep slope and the house will be in front of you. Follow the stairs and up to the right. Nr 84 is at the top on the right side.

Our lovely pool area:
San Juan de Capistrano boasts Nerja's largest and finest private pool area with beautiful views of the city. The pool is guarded by two lifeguards and there is a children's pool. It is possible to rent both sun loungers and parasols. Of course, you as tenants are welcome to use the pool area. You then need to bring the pool card for presentation. It is important that you do not lose the pool card. Should that happen, we will unfortunately charge a fee of €50.

Nerjas beautiful beaches:
- Playa Burriana is our closest beach. It is also the most popular and well-equipped beach with lots of nice restaurants and bars.
- Playa Torecilla is located at the end of the city.
- Playa Caletilla is a just below the Balcony of Europe. A smaller sandy beach with a view of Maro's cliffs.
- Playa el Salon. A beautiful beach to the right of the Balcony.
- Playa Calahonda is a beautiful u-shaped beach to the left of the balcony.
- Playa de Maro is a pebble beach.
- Playa del Vilches, a nice beach on the border of Torrox. Good snorkeling.
- Playa Playazois located just below Punta Lara. A quiet and nice beach.
